Very often, training is a part of any consultation, and often documentation may be needed for future reference.

While you may have some highly qualified people in your office, there may be some tasks that they do not do very often. While I may be in your office explaining the proper procedures for something, I can create documentation for those things that you can refer to

If I've designed a database for you, you may want to have all of the supporting documentation in printed form. As a graphic artist I can create logical and readable documentation for any project.
